Scope of Use
Among the various elements that cannot be missing in a kitchen, there is baking paper. This tool, in fact, turns out to be of fundamental importance with regards to some preparations. Often, in fact, we find ourselves in the uncomfortable situation of having to butter and flour the pans, or simply of having to cook food with the risk of them adhering to the base of the pan itself, thus compromising the final result of the preparation. Baking paper is therefore indispensable in both domestic and restaurant kitchens, where it plays a fundamental role in the preparation of food.
Why use baking paper
Baking paper is produced in Italy and is made of the highest quality materials. This resistant baking paper, unlike the usual ones found on the market, is not too thin, resists high temperatures and is waterproof. It allows healthy cooking without using fat to prevent food from sticking to the oven, it resists up to 230 degrees before starting to blacken, but if wet and wrung out it resists up to 300 degrees. The non-stick characteristics of this paper are also valuable for storing leftovers in the fridge, in fact it is possible to keep two different foods separated by a sheet of paper even in the same container and it can also be used to wrap foods to be frozen.
